CHAMPS has developed this listing of online resources to support Region VIII CHCs in treating and supporting their patients who are overweight or obese. An extensive search of online resources was conducted and below are the resources that were deemed of the highest quality and usefulness for community health centers. The resources are divided by the categories of fact sheets and reports, clinical guidelines and recommendations, treatment tools for health care professionals, patient education tools, webcasts, and other resources.
