List of Documents, Files and Links

The following documents, files, and links comprise Evidence Based Clinical Guidelines compiled and reviewed by the Region VIII clinicians and professional committees. These guidelines are intended to be used as a reference to clinical care, at the discretion of the clinician.

Clinicians may wish to add their organization's name or logo to the flowsheets and action plans developed by the Colorado Clinical Guidelines Collaborative (CCGC) and Kaiser Permanente’s Colorado Regional Prevention Committee. However, guidelines developed by CCGC are in PDF format; please contact them directly at (720) 297-1681 for assistance in re-formatting the documents. Guidelines developed in Word format by Kaiser Permanente (KP) may be modified directly to include your health center's name. These guidelines are denoted by “CCGC” or “KP” at the end of the file name.
