BORROWING GUIDELINES FOR CHAMPS MEMBERS
CHAMPS members may borrow items at no cost for up to four (4) weeks by completing and submitting the CHAMPS Lending Library Borrowing Form. Items may be renewed for another two (2) weeks by calling Nadine Carr (ext. 221), if there is not a waiting list. If items are not returned by the due date, CHAMPS will place a courtesy call and send an email reminder. If the items are not returned after that time, CHAMPS will bill the borrower a non-return charge for the item (charges are detailed in the descriptions of each item, below, and on the Borrowing Form). To assure easy return, a postage paid, pre-addressed envelope will be included with the borrowed resources.

For items not returned by the due date, CHAMPS will place a courtesy call and send an email reminder. If the items are not returned after that time, CHAMPS will bill the borrower a non-return charge for the item (charges are detailed in the descriptions of each item, below, and on the Borrowing Form).
