WHAT SHOULD YOUR BOARD LOOK LIKE? 

FQHC Board Composition Requirements:

Exceptions to these regulations may apply in the case of Migrant, Homeless, and Public Housing health centers. Consult the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) for these exceptions.
