Evidence Based Clinical Guidelines

Laminated Tobacco Cessation Guideline Reference Card

The Guideline for Tobacco Cessation and Secondhand Smoke Exposure, developed by the Colorado Clinical Guidelines Collaborative (CCGC), is available through CHAMPS for free to CHAMPS member organizations. This 8.5 x 11 inch, laminated refernce card includes both the 5A and 3A intervention approaches and pharmacotherapy treatments.
